well hopefully my back desides to work better today then last night .. was lifting alot of shelves an i couldnt even unbend because felt like my back was out yet again.. man if im hurting this bad now i am scared when i get older ;/ and this cold weather is sure not helping [...]

well been kinda crazy week .. between my son being sick and a family member passing I havent had much sleep at night.. just cant seem to sleep.. I lay in bed an just cant sleep .. Hopefully later on I will get my photo’s for october up I hope that everyone will like them.. [...]
